Congratulations to our winner!

We have a confirmed winner in the Oransi giveaway... congratulations to Nelda Gray!

As for everyone that entered, thank you so much for visiting my site and reading my review of Oransi. Don't give up trying to win those giveaways... someone has to win, and it could be you!

In other news...

I will be a bit out of touch for the next couple of days. My son's birthday is tomorrow and we will be spending most of our time with him to show him how special he is. Little guy turns three, which means he'll be given a pet of his very own (even though mom & dad will probably be the ones taking care of it!).

When he turned two, we got him some fish and explained the importance of keeping them alive and being nice to them and feeding them every day. He did an awesome job with his "concern" for the fish, and didn't lose a single one! I think that giving kids responsibility early on allows them to just develop responsibility quicker. Yes, it is more of a pain on the parents to do the things that a child can't, like cleaning a fish tank, or assisting with dog-walks, but it's so worth it to know that our son has an interest in a living being and is learning to take care of it.
