Probiotic Banana Perk Smoothie Recipe

If you've heard of probiotics, you know that there are some serious health benefits to them. If you haven't heard of probiotics, the concept is basically that we can improve our intestinal health by eating foods that have the good bacteria inside. And yes, there is such a thing as good bacteria. As a matter of fact, everyone needs that good bacteria for their intestines to work properly and if levels get low, that's when problems can start to occur.

I recently did some review work with a company called Cafe Viva. You can read all about them here. While I was in the review process, I got a little creative and started adding their product to different recipes to give myself a boost. This banana smoothie is not only easy, but provides a great perk to your digestive system and energy level. I like to drink it in the mornings for a quick and healthy boost.

  4. The relative warmth of Adelaide's climates makes it an attractive environment for rats and Possums in South Australia are protected under the National Parks and Wildlife Act, so harming them can result in you being made to pay heavy fines. A licensed pest manager from Flick can make a house call, set a trap on the roof of your home and catch the possum.
