I recently did some review work with a company called Cafe Viva. You can read all about them here. While I was in the review process, I got a little creative and started adding their product to different recipes to give myself a boost. This peanut butter mixture is a favorite of mine because not only does it give a boost to my digestive system, but it gives me an afternoon boost from the coffee as well!
Probiotic Peanut Butter Boost
Makes 4 Slices of Toast
- 1 Cafe Viva packet
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Spread peanut butter mixture onto toast or crackers - or, use as a fruit dip!
