If you're like me, you probably don't have a lot of time to devote to exercising. For years my excuse was that chasing my kids was exercise, but my 30-year-old body is realizing that being a full-time mom isn't the best replacement for getting in a daily jog.

Between my business, my kids, running a household and coordinating events, I'm pretty much beat. Even if I had a chunk of time that I could squeeze in an hour-long workout, I think I'd use it for a nap!

That doesn't mean that people who don't have a lot of time (or energy!) to work-out shouldn't try to do what they can, when they can. I've had to get sneaky with my body-toning regimen, and I've had some great results!

When You're Driving...

Use your time in the car wisely. Working-out your abdomen muscles is as easy as sucking in your stomach! Whenever I go somewhere in the car I like to flex my abdomen, hold for 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds. Easy!

When You're Watching TV...

Okay, so we moms & dads might not get all the time in the world to watch our shows anymore, but most of us still do carve out time for that. Don't let all that time go to waste though! Walk in place throughout the duration of your show instead of sitting. If you're watching a 30-minute show, you'll end up burning about 125 calories! (Bonus: Do push-ups or crunches during the commercials instead of running for a snack.)

When You're Making Dinner...

Lunge through your kitchen. Yes, you might look a little silly, but if you're carrying plates to the table and working out those thighs you'll burn about 100 calories for every 15 minutes you're lunging.

When You're Doing Everything...
